Gift Voucher & Special Offer Terms and Conditions

1.Term: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

2. Special offers have a defined period in which they must be used and will be noted on the offer itself along with any other specific conditions

3.Gift vouchers and special offers cannot be exchanged for cash

4.All gift vouchers and special offers have a unique barcode and can only be redeemed once by the holder of them

5.The special offer we provide to you is only redeemable in respect of the goods as advertised in the specific special offer on our website

6.Special offers can’t be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified by One Tree Grill

7.Gift vouchers and special offers are your sole responsibility. One Tree Grill will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen gift vouchers and special offers

8.All purchases of gift vouchers and special offers are billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST

9.Gift vouchers and special offers and not permitted for public resale but can be gifted by the purchasers to another person. However if there is a problem redeeming it then the purchaser will be the only ones eligible to claim a refund.
